We are currently looking for an Onsite Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent full time position. Duties Work onsite at our client's facility and nurturing the relationship and ensuring all their needs are met Actively monitor associates' work performance through walking the production floor Conduct new hire orientations, onboard candidates and check employees at the beginning of their shift Coach employees on performance improve performance and work to decrease turnover Create and maintain multiple daily and weekly reports such as for daily attendance/ performance and turn over reporting utilizing Excel. Conduct injury and employee investigations as required. Assist with recruiting when needed. Qualifications Prior warehouse management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, emphasis on Excel Flexibility to accommodate scheduling changes and business needs as necessary Previous experience within the light industrial industry preferred High energy with positive team focused attitude Sense of urgency and thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work with a diverse group of people Bilingual Spanish/English required Abacus Staffing Office-(623)466-8085 Call or text with any questions Alternate- (321)417-0063 Call or text with any questions
