Job Description Job Description We are searching for a Field Support Technician to inspect, test, and verify touchscreen products and monitors, and to provide onsite field support. This position is onsite and the salary range is $40,000 to $45,000. Responsibilities Inspect, perform functional testing, and verify displays, monitors, and touchscreen products to ensure they meet quality standards prior to shipment. Identify defective, damaged, and out-of-compliance units, and manage the return merchandise authorization (RMA) / refurbishment process. Repair, adjust, and replace components while following engineering instructions and company procedures. Support incoming material inspections and maintain accurate records of product status, defects, and rework history. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to report issues, provide feedback, and support corrective actions. Prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring packaging, labeling, and configuration are correct. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and adhere to safety and quality guidelines. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with performing hands-on inspections, testing, and light repair work. Strong understanding of electronic devices, monitors, or hardware components Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical instructions and standard operating procedures. Proficient with using tools, equipment, and test instruments in a shop or warehouse environment. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision. Must be able to lift and handle products as needed and work in a warehouse or technical space. Basic bilingual proficiency with Korean is preferred, but not required.
