SummaryAs a Systems Engineer in the B330 Program you will have

--Research, design, develop, and test spacecraft systems for human
spaceflight missions and operational capabilities? --Development of
planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of
requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity
management and technology readiness assessment processes? --Analyze
complex aerospace product or equipment specifications and
performance requirements to determine mission planning and
operational needs ? --Support the task of integrating the efforts
of a multi-disciplinary team of subsystem engineers into an overall
habitable spacecraft system ? --Support overall development of a
human habitable spacecraft system with focus on testability,
reliability, availability, maintainability, and producibility?
--Perform requirements development, proposal writing, documentation
management--Qualifications ? --Master's degree or higher in an
appropriate engineering field ? --10+ years of experience with
human-rated spacecraft design, development, integration, test and
operations phases ? --Experience with internal and external
interfaces for human-rated spacecraft ? --Excellent technical
writing skills ? --Good communication skills, written and verbal ?
--Ability to collaborate with others and work effectively in teams
? --Ability to ingest large amounts of information quickly amidst
shifting priorities ? --Self-starter who is flexible, able to work
under pressure in fast-paced environments, and meet tight deadlines
consistently ? --Experience with requirements management tools
(i.e. Microsoft Project and DOORS) ? --Experience in developing and
writing technical proposals for new business contracts ?
--Experience with human spaceflight programs ? --Knowledge and
experience with NASA Systems Engineering Handbook practices ?
--Cross-functional team leadership and management experience
Desired Qualifications ? --Experience working on and/or managing
projects for NASA contracts ? --Experience overseeing requirements
for large, complex systems ? --Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification a plus To conform to U.S. Government space
technology export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen,
lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as
defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required
authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
