A ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME opportunity to become a part of a National growing auction company! Company is currently seeking an EXPERIENCED GENERAL MANAGER to oversee and run their Las Vegas operation.

The General Manager provides supervision over Body Shop, Detail Shop, and oversees the planning, development, and implementation of vehicle movement for auto auctions. Responsible to achieve monthly goals, ensure proper, thorough, and expedient repairs to customer vehicles, in addition to ensuring vehicles are washed and detailed to customer specifications. The General Manager is responsible for enforcing compliance with all required policies and procedures. General Manager is also responsible for overseeing customer inquiries regarding the status of their vehicle, estimated costs and completion dates. We depend on our general manager to create a team working environment by supervising, training and developing assigned team members.

Other job responsibilities:

? Overseeing one detail shift supervisor, body shop supervisor, and transportation supervisor

? Performing 800+ plus detailed vehicles a month

? Managing 200 plus units repaired per month in the body shop

? Coordinating movement of 200+ vehicles a week

? Working with national bank and manufacture accounts

? Leading, training and developing team members

? Providing excellent service to customers

? Managing day-to-day operations of high-volume business

? Tracking and managing budgets

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

? Proven experience in operations, with emphasis in both operations and management within an auto auction reconditioning service area

? Previous Budget and P&L responsibility

? Track record of meeting company operational standards and revenue goals

? Strong leadership experience

? Excellent interpersonal skills

? Great customer relations skills and experience

? Proven leadership and staff development experience and skills

? Possess a valid driver?s license

? Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up

? Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office products, databases)

? Track record for meeting goals within established time lines

? Someone who will be empowered to make business decisions that greatly affect ones' career as well as the bottom line

Annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 DOE, along with a monthly performance bonus. Monthly cellular telephone stipend of $125, medical and dental benefits, as well as vacation benefits offered.
