is seeking a Procurement Specialist I.
and issue purchase orders including pre-qualifying bidders,
preparing bidders lists, forming bid packages, issuing bid
requests, coordinating bidder's questions, receiving bids,
evaluating bids, preparing bid summary and award recommendation
letter, recommending and securing approvals in accordance with
established procedures, preparing and committing order, and
preparing and maintaining control and status reporting
assigned purchase orders by performing the following
files and controls for all outgoing and incoming correspondence on
each assigned order.
supplier performance for conformance to commercial
activities by Engineering and other in-house functions to ensure
compliance with order terms.
follow-up actions with the suppliers or in-house functional group
to ensure performance in accordance with order terms and
or working with other project Procurement personnel as assigned to
the administration of the order.
and distributing those suppliers' reports specified in the

to clarify order documents and/or specification requirements.
Identifying, defining, and securing agreement regarding potential

plan and agenda with supervisor, conducts meeting and prepares and
issues meeting notes.
Due to the nature of our work, US
Citizenship is required for all
Bachelor’s degree in a business related field or equivalent
training and experience.
Experience in purchase order processing for materials and services
Processing of requisitions.
Issuance of request for quotes and quote evaluations.
Order placement in accordance with established processes and
oral and written communication skills regarding technical and
production matters with both supplier personnel and other internal
Experience in expediting skills or other procurement related
Previous experience with Oracle Purchasing Module
Pre-placement physical examination, which includes a drug screen,

Must possess a valid driver's license.
