(Jacobs), and HII Nuclear Inc.The Senior Project Manager reports to the Mission Facilities Division Manager within the Enterprise Infrastructure Programs (EIP) Directorate and provides program and project management support across various projects and programs within the Mission Facilities Portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Support Project and Program Management of Direct Operations, Maintenance, and Capabilities-Enhancing scope.Manage small projects (<$5 TPC). Responsible for all aspects of the project over the entire lifecycle (initiation, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling, and closing).Perform annual, quarterly, and monthly program and project reviews and status reporting.Integrate with partner and interfacing directorates/programs/projects to ensure collaborative and comprehensive approach to asset management and program execution.Support development and implementation of long-term strategic plans that are integrated with mission requirements in support of future execution.Collaborate with other Enterprise Infrastructure Programs Project and Program Managers, Facility/Asset Management, execution organization personnel, and other key stakeholders, for the definition, prioritization, and planning of future Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) infrastructure investment projects. Support development of annual deliverables for Future Years Nuclear Security Plan (FYNSP) programming and task planning.Support MSTS Project Delivery Initiative and Resources Demand Analysis deliverablesOversee the development and documentation of functional and operational requirements (F&ORs) with mission partners, facility tenants, end users, and stakeholders.Develop and implements strategies to identify, manage and mitigate risk.Due to the nature of our work, US Citizenship is required for all positions.Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience and at least 5 years’ related professional experience.Previous demonstrated program and project management experience defining, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and successfully completing discrete elements of scope in compliance with defined schedule, costs, risk, and quality constraints.Managing small projects (<$5M TPC) and project teams (<10 people) through representative project lifecycle phases.Experience leading or participating as a key contributor with implementation of National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) and/or Institutional initiatives. Ability to exercise high degree of accuracy required in writing technical documents and ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in order to effectively interface with all levels of the organization. Must treat all information and data within the scope of the position with appropriate confidentiality and security.Pre-placement physical examination, which includes a drug screen, is required. MSTS maintains a substance abuse policy that includes random drug testing.Must possess a valid driver’s license.Department of Energy Q Clearance (position will be cleared to this level). Reviews and tests for the absence of any illegal drug as defined in 10 CFR Part 707.4, “Workplace Substance Abuse Programs at DOE Sites,” will be conducted. Applicant selected will be subject to a Federal background investigation, and subsequent reinvestigations, and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified matter. Successful completion of a counterintelligence evaluation, which may include a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination, may also be required. Reference 10 CFR Part 709, “Counterintelligence Evaluation Program.”Eligibility Requirements - To obtain a clearance, an individual must be a U.S. citizen at least 18 years of age.
