Warehouse Associate ResponsibilitiesProcessing outbound shipments using scanners and automated Material Handling EquipmentReceive parcel deliveries using scanners and automated Material Handling EquipmentWork in high velocity environment while having a strict focus on qualityWilling to work in other departments within the facility in order to keep the operation moving smoothlyDevelop a good working knowledge of product, techniques and processMaintain a clean and safe work area and always make management aware of any supplies needed or equipment issuesQualifications and Skills1+ years experience working in a Warehouse Management System (WMS)1+ years' experience in retail or e-commercePrior experience processing and handling outbound parcel shipments.Excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamicsEnglish/Spanish bi-lingual a plus, must be able to read, write and speak english clearlyBasic Qualifications:18+ years of ageHigh school diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalentApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.Must be able to provide two forms of id.Benefits:Potential Incentive Plan based on performancePaid time offPhysical Demands:Must be able to lift 50 lbs or moreRequires working in areas with temperature and humidity variations based on local weather conditionsWorking in and around Material Handling Equipment and AutomationMust be able to stand for long periods of time
