International Inc. (Honeywell), Jacobs Engineering Group Inc.
(Jacobs), and Stoller Newport News Nuclear, Inc. (SN3).
Manager II reports to the Deputy Director, Program Integration
Office. The manager in this role will manage the activities
of a team of managers and individual contributors who are
responsible for effective application of divisional Program
Planning & Control (PP&C) standards to ensure achievement of
intended project performance outcomes. The manager will be
responsible for all staffing, development, performance assessments,
time keeping approval, work assignments, salary planning, assuring
adherence to company policy and procedures, and ensure team focus
on achieving functional goals and objectives. This manager
will manage personnel across multiple sites, must be able to lead
virtually and be a strong visionary and motivating/mentoring leader
for the staff and drive excellence throughout the

improving PP&C processes to include cost and schedule
management, baseline planning and control, risk management
activities, subcontract management, earned value management,
variance analysis and reporting, and estimate at completion are
accurately managed by project controls personnel within their
respective Integrated Project Team (IPT) position.

Energy Q Clearance (position
will be cleared to this level). Reviews and tests for the absence

investigation, and subsequent reinvestigations, and must meet the
eligibility requirements for access to classified matter.
Successful completion of a counterintelligence evaluation, which
may include a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination, may
also be required. Reference 10 CFR Part 709,
“Counterintelligence Evaluation Program.”
Requirements – To obtain a clearance, an individual must be a U.S.
citizen at least 18 years of age. Reference DOE Order 472.2, “Personnel
