The Vice President of Sales, Digital Solutions will be responsible for developing a new digital services division. He or she will create relationships with hospitals and healthcare systems in order to win business for our new digital job board division.

Responsibilities: 

  • Demonstrate and effectively present Aya Healthcare’s new digital job board services and software to healthcare organizations
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy in order to educate prospective healthcare organizations about the benefits of Aya's digital job board service
  • Develop and cultivate relationships that result in new contracts for Aya Healthcare
  • Convey Aya Healthcare’s unique value proposition to key decision makers for current clients as well as potential new accounts
  • Built and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients
  • Generate leads through various channels, strategic planning and referrals

Required Qualifications: 

  • A minimum of 7 years of business development experience in the digital job board industry is required
  • An insatiable desire to win and relentless drive to succeed
  • Ability to think creatively and identify multiple paths to win new business
