Job Description:

Large landscape company looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator. The position consists of managing all communications relating to invoices and collecting payment including submitting billings to homeowners and contractors with AIA forms and lien releases, following up on past due balances, obtaining POs and contracts from customers, etc.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience of 3-5 Years in Construction related A/R position, Preferred
• Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities
• Strong communication and organization
• Valid driver's license
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Proficient in filing
• Experience working with Sage Contractor or similar accounting software, PreferredCompany Benefits
