This brand is the Nation's sole manufacturer of legal tender coinage and is responsible for producing circulating coinage for the Nation to conduct its trade and commerce. This brand also produces coin-related numismatic products, including proof, uncirculated, and commemorative coins for collectors, Congressional Gold Medals as well as silver and gold bullion coins for investors. - Looking For: Excels at Written/Verbal Communication Commitment to product knowledge Ability to multi-task Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette Good listening, probing and people skills Soft sales skills Take charge attitude Enjoys the challenges that a customer service job can present Flexible, open minded and solution oriented with the ability to adapt to the fast-paced Internet environment Analytical/problem solving skills Excellent judgment and decision-making skills Strong verbal and written communications skills Understand customer service processes and procedures Regular and punctual attendance is a must 6 months relatable customer service experience High School Diploma or equivalent PC literate and basic typing skills (at least 25 - 35 wpm) Pre-employment background screening and drug test will be conducted. - Shift Hours: Monday to Friday Training: $15.50 After Training: $16.00
