Job Description:

* Reviews and documents daily in the communication log as appropriate.* Reviews new orders and EMAR daily.* Supervises and reviews the transcription process, medication and equipment ordering, pharmacy cycle fill.* Performs resident care coordination and communication with outside agencies and medical providers.* Reviews alert charting.* Reviews incident reports as needed.* Reviews cleanliness and organization of medication room.* Reviews, supervises and assists with resident care as needed.* Performs medication pass.* Assists residents ADLs.* Reviews and documents on the service plan as needed.* Attend service plans review as needed.* Reviews and responds to Community IQR audits to ensure compliance.* Assist and/or conduct the orientation for new team members.* Schedule the exit-training interview, with new team members and review of skill checklist.* Performs all other duties as assigned by any member of leadership.Qualifications:* Keep all required licensure in good standing at all times.Physical Demands:* Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50lbs.* Ability to bend, squat, and climb stairs.* Ability to continuously walk or stand.Universal Precautions:* Potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids.* Potential exposure to communicable diseases.Job Type: Full-timePay: $42,000.00 $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Health insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shiftWork Location: One location
