Job Description:
A company is looking for a Computational Biology Bioinformatic
Scientist.
Key Responsibilities:
Data management and analysis of large biological dataset including
biomarkers in clinical trials
Maintain and improve dashboards for the analysis of clinical
biomarkers
Analysis of different omics' datasets, including but not limited to
large sequencing datasets from NGS technologies using
state-of-the-art workflows and/or ad-hoc pipelines internally
generated
Required Qualifications:
Master's degree in bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics,
Biomedical Engineering or related quantitative field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical
industry
Extensive knowledge and experience in the use of existing
bioinformatics tools and biological databases
Proficiency in programming skills (i.e. R and Python)
Experience working in a Linux environment, shell scripting and
Jupyter notebook
