Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Title Examiner to provide
nationwide title services and support real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Compiles, investigates, and examines public and tax records to
determine title liabilities and legal conditions
Prepares accurate title commitments in accordance with company
procedures
Provides subject matter guidance to the team and recommends process
improvements for efficiency
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Typically requires 8+ years of related work experience
Ability to analyze data and solve complex problems
Experience in coordinating team efforts and resources
Judgment based on previous experiences and practices
