Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Authorization and
Scheduling Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary referrals for
patients
Manage patient intake, scheduling, and maintain accurate records in
the EMR system
Conduct online benefits verification and communicate with patients
regarding appointments
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 1 year experience in insurance verification and
authorization preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance portals
Must have a reliable home office setup with internet access
Excellent attendance record in previous roles
