Job Description:
A company is looking for an Installation Coordinator (100%
Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage scheduling and assignment of installation work orders
Interact with installation technicians and Business Development
Managers to coordinate service requests and installations
Monitor and manage contractor work orders and ensure timely
completion to meet service level agreements
Required Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Experience in inside sales or scheduling is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours and maintain reliable
attendance
