Job Description:
A company is looking for a User Experience Designer III to join
their Customer Service Design Studio.
Key Responsibilities
Create process flows, wireframes, and visual design mockups to
communicate interaction behaviors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business and
feature requirements through research and UX principles
Present design work to the user experience team, product team, and
leadership for feedback
Required Qualifications
3+ years of industry experience in interaction design for web
and/or software applications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction
(HCI), or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Figma and experience working with a design
library
Strong knowledge of usability principles and best practices for
web-based information architecture and design
A strong online portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
is required
