Job Description:
A company is looking for a Personal Injury Lien Reduction
Specialist to negotiate and reduce medical liens for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Independently negotiate medical liens with healthcare providers and
insurance companies
Review and analyze medical billing and lien documentation for
discrepancies and negotiation opportunities
Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff on lien negotiation
strategies
Maintain accurate records of lien negotiation activities and
communications
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Personal Injury Lien Reduction Specialist in
a legal setting
Strong understanding of medical billing, lien resolution, and
negotiation techniques
Familiarity with statutory liens (Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA,
etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills
