Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Specialist to
support its People Operations team and optimize processes for
growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure
compliance and a smooth experience
Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive
organizational culture
Manage employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and
compliance with laws
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a People Operations support
role, preferably in a startup
HR/People Operations certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a
plus
Proficiency in HR technology, preferably with Rippling HRIS &
Lattice
Understanding of labor laws and HR policies in the US; knowledge of
Canada and LATAM is a plus
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and
identify creative solutions for processes
