Job Description:
A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to work
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Answer initial client calls and assess their needs for EAP
services
Complete EAP Intake Forms and input demographic information into
the database
Connect clients to appropriate resources and on-call counselors as
needed
Required Qualifications and Education
Experience with IT applications and database systems
Professional call center or scheduling experience is a plus
Must have a reliable internet connection with specified
bandwidth
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office programs
Strong commitment to customer service
