Job Description:
A non-profit rights and equality group is in need of a Remote
Business Travel Support Consultant.
Must be able to:
Be responsible for final booking checks before sending onto the
traveller
Handle fares and ticketing ideally gained within an airline/airport
environment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
High level of personal organization, time management and workload
prioritization
Previous experience working as a Ticket/Reservations agent
Competence using Microsoft Office, Zoom, G Suites etc
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the
box
Experience dealing with high volumes of email requests and
processing complex travel bookings and associated services
