Disbursal Manager/Assistant to CFO

Established Personal Injury Law Firm seeks a Settlement Distribution Manager. Minimum one-year experience required.

Case Management experience is helpful.

Bonuses are based on completed disbursals and client satisfaction.

A qualified individual should understand the collection of records, bills, and CORs, dealing with settlement breakdowns, spreadsheets, and percentages, and how to disburse a Personal Injury file.

Prefer a bi-lingual high-energy individual who can work in a fast-paced team environment. Spanish is not required, but very helpful.

Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:
--- Confirming medical providers that clients have been treating with
--- Preparing files to be disbursed, specifically spreadsheets and verifying costs and documents
--- Meeting with clients to present settlement payment
--- Client online reviews via Google, Avvo, Yelp, Martindale
--- Working one on one with Attorneys and the Case Management team
--- Translating for clients and staff

Qualifications:
--- Minimum one year of experience with medical records and billing
--- Experience with spreadsheets
--- Knowledge and experience with various Microsoft digital tools
--- Ability to absorb new programming
