Warehouse Worker - Forklift Op - 2nd Shift (Job Number: 2309183 )Penske Logistics is looking for forklift operators to become part of an excellent team. In this role, you will be operating a forklift, picking/packing, stocking, loading/unloading trailers, lifting up to 50 lbs daily.     • Accurately stage and sort products for loading
    • Loads and unloads trailers
    • Sorts and places parts in racks or other designated areas
    • Complies with all safety requirements
    • Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system
    • Quality control
    • Ensure damaged products are identified and removed when received
    • Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved,gathered, or distributed
      • Maintains inventory records
      • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable)
      • Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisorQualifications :
        • No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
        • Forklift experience highly preferred
        • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
        • Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
        • Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required
        • Flexible to work overtime preferred
        • Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required
        • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job

        • Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required
