We deliver solutions in card form.As a Team Lead in our Production Department, your primary responsibilities will include assisting the Pre Finishing supervisor and production management in the daily operations of production floor. These duties may include assisting other operators, testing, sending a detailed shift handoff email, and answering questions from other operators on quality and other production issues. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:20 - 10:50pm with overtimePay: DOE + 5% shift premium! What you'll be doing: Operate most manufacturing equipment in production processUnderstand job specifications and terms and be able to explain this to other operatorsAssist supervisor and other members of management in assisting other operators with questions concerning operator tasks or quality questionsAssist and monitor other general machine operators and quality control operators with their tasks to ensure proper procedures are being followedSend out a detailed shift handoff email at shift endSafely perform physical demands as indicated belowPerform these and other duties as assigned by supervisor or other appropriate management personnelWork overtime as needed to meet customers' needs PDN-99132263-379b-494b-871c-31528d145fd3
