Job Description:

The main function of this position is to perform preventive maintenance and provide technical support or basic troubleshooting to Honeywell customers. - These customers will have various products installed that fall into the - HVAC, automation controls, life safety, fire, and security systems categories as well as their associated computer systems. - The goal is to ensure system up-time and efficiency.

Job Duties:

• 
  
• Perform preventative maintenance and escalate issues found accordingly
  
• Verify system functionality to ensure proper operation
  
• Promote, build, and maintain good customer relationships while keeping supervisor informed of system status and actual/potential customer issues
  
• Complete required documentation for work performed or other contractual obligations
  
• Proper use of safety personal protection equipment
  
• Security and other clearances as required by customer
  
  
  MUST HAVE
  
  • 
    
  • 1+ years of experience working with -basic electrical, fire system, sensors, or robotics principals
    
  • 1+ years of experience performing preventative maintenance
    
  • Ability to work independently up to 25% of the time
    
  • Ability to travel throughout the service area, with occasional overnight stays
    
  • Valid Driver's License and driving record acceptable to Honeywell
    
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
