Job Title: Parts Sales Coordinator
Job Location: North Las Vegas, NV
Hourly Rate: Up to $23hr depending on experience

Job Summary:
--- Come join our team! We currently have an exciting possible Temp-to-Perm opportunity in North Las Vegas, NV for a Parts Sales Coordinator with strong Excel skills. Machine parts or manufacturing industry experience is required.

Job Description:

• 
  
• Respond to customers' inquiries regarding parts, provide quotations and coordinate the sale with the customers throughout the entire process.
  
• Respond to customer inquiries (via phone or email) regarding replacement parts for their corrugated equipment.
  
• Research parts manuals and parts database to identify parts and check stock in inventory database. -
  
• Inform customer of price and availability.
  
• Access customer data through CRM software and manage their account for open orders.
  
• Coordinate with purchasing department to confirm parts status from vendor.
  
• Coordinate with warehouse to confirm status of outbound shipment to customer.
  
• Perform or assist with any operations, as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules and quality requirements.
  
• Maintain safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operational rules, keeping work area in a clean and orderly condition.
  
• Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies.
  
  Required:
  
  • 
    
  • High School Diploma or GED
    
  • Sales or data entry experience
    
  • Strong Excel skills required.
    
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
    
  • Standard office equipment, including windows-based PC
    
  • Machine parts or manufacturing industry experience is required
    
  • SAP experience is a plus
    
    Note:

    • Intermittent weekend work activity
      
    • Intermittent late evening/night work activity
