This role at Rocket Homebuyers will be a full-time in-office position in our Las Vegas, NV location with some remote from home as well.

From taking on new challenges to following the lead of incredible mentors, you will learn and make a difference.

As the first touch point for every deal, the Acquisitions Agent is an essential role. You begin every interaction with a lead before booking an appointment and escalating it to the Acquisitions Manager for negotiation and contracting.

You will be responsible for working with a fast-paced team to acquire properties for the company portfolio while communicating with clients!

You would create relationships with clients that have a high propensity and need to sell their homes!

Compensation: $400 est weekly base - Heavy Commission plus small base depending on our sales experience

Responsibilities:
At Rocket Homebuyers, you will:
--- Call sellers about their properties
--- Process negotiations / Follow-ups
--- Go on property appointments and understand valuations and estimates
--- Get Contracts Signed
--- Converting Leads to Deals
--- Multi-Task (Appointments, phone calls, etc)

Qualifications:
--- Basic Computer Skills
--- Sales Experience
--- Comfortable with Verbal Communication
--- Great problem-solving skills
--- Reliable Internet/Computer/Phone
--- Ability to work remotely and in office in Henderson, NV
--- Friendly, outgoing, problem-solving personality
--- You love inspiring others with enthusiasm
--- Must have a genuine passion for helping people
--- Must be comfortable on the phone
--- Must have the ability to effectively communicate in a fast-paced environment
--- Coachable, teachable and resourceful
