We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You'll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Responsibilities:

Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
Follow up on all leads and requests for information
Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
--- Outbound prospecting for real estate acquisitions in NV, AZ, TX, UT, and OH
--- Willingness to set and achieve sales goals individually and for the team
--- Successfully negotiate in-person property appointments using proven scripts

Qualifications:

4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone

--- Experience using CRM software, and data tracking software, or willingness to learn
