• Welcome guests to the property with exceptional service, anticipating their needs and resolving any complaints in alignment with S.H.O.W. Service Basics
• Manage early and late property arrivals/departures, walk-ins, and all tasks associated with guest room check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
• Enhance guest experience by offering upgraded accommodations where available and promoting MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations and fulfill special requests
• Ensure accurate charges and credits are posted, collect payments, and handle cash and credit transactions responsibly, following property cash handling procedures
• Maintain security, privacy, and confidentiality while issuing keys and providing a relaxing, hassle-free experience for guests
• Perform other job-related duties as requestedTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE
  • An enthusiastic individual to join our diverse and unified team, working collaboratively to meticulously manage and execute tasks
  • Prior Guest Service or similar role experience
  • Possesses strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Professional phone etiquette presenceWHAT YOU'LL NEED
    • High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a similar role preferred.
    • Excellent communication and guest service skills.
