Job Description:
A company is looking for an Ice Cream Associate OOH RBM.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement best practices for the Distributor network to
enhance product availability and visibility
Execute sales and marketing strategies, including negotiating trade
promotions and managing distribution
Develop annual joint business plans with retailers and maintain
customer relations for profitable growth
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years of relevant sales and distribution experience
Experience in business development and account management
Experience identifying new business opportunities in consumer
products or unconventional channels
DSD experience highly preferred
