Job Description Job Description Salary: Commission-based I $45,000 - $75,000 per year We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Property Management team! We are an extremely fast-growing and employee-focused company with a unique team-oriented atmosphere. We're looking for an exceptional new team member that wants to become a part of our Red Rock family and take advantage of the many growth opportunities that our company has to offer. The Business Development Manager is responsible for working with new property owners (long-term rental) and developing relationships with builders, real estate agents, etc. to bring on new properties and increase revenue. This position involves communicating with potential clients via phone calls, emails, texts, and in-person meetings. We are looking for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Responsibilities Develop new opportunities to promote sales and increase revenue Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings as necessary Determine needs of potential clients and follow up relating to their specific desires and timeline Handle all incoming potential client calls and execute sales pitch for the property management divisions Provide rental analyses Educate potential owners about the industry and onboarding process Use management software to track and follow up on all leads Act as the point of contact for potential clients, agents, and developers until management agreement is signed Skills Self-disciplined and self-motivated Ability to be resourceful and proactive Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Professional in attitude and appearance Professional written/verbal communication skills Excellent computer skills Preferred work experience in sales Job Type: Full-time Pay: Commission with potential to earn between $45,000 - $75,000 per year Benefits Paid time off Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with Employer Match Employee Discounts Come see why Red Rock Companies has been voted "Best Place to Work" - we can't wait to show you why!
