Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Virtual Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) opportunity is available to provide support within a K-12 school setting serving students in Mesquite, TX. This part-time, contract position involves supervising and supporting Behavior Technicians across multiple locations in the school district. Key Responsibilities: Provide virtual supervision and guidance to approximately 7 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) spread throughout the district Collaborate with school staff to implement and monitor behavior intervention plans consistent with best practices Maintain accurate documentation and data analysis to assess student progress and program effectiveness Communicate regularly with educators, families, and team members to ensure cohesive behavioral support strategies Qualifications and Experience: Current and active BCBA license required Demonstrated experience supervising RBTs in a virtual setting At least 0-2 years of BCBA work experience, with opportunities for higher compensation based on additional years of demonstrated success Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills tailored to K-12 behavioral support Ability to work independently while managing a caseload of itinerant RBTs within the district Location and Schedule: Position is based in Mesquite, Texas, serving multiple school locations virtually Part-time schedule ranging from 10 to 14 hours per week Contract duration from ASAP through May 28, 2026 This role offers the chance to positively impact a K-12 student population by providing expert supervision and advancing quality behavioral interventions within a dedicated school district.
