Job Description Job Description Stone Sports Swim School in Las Vegas, NV is looking for swim school instructors to to cover various part-time shifts. We are located on 4965 S Ft. Apache Rd 104. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working. No previous swim instructor knowledge required; we will provide the necessary training to get you started. Responsibilities Instruct swimming lessons for participants 6 months to adult. Create an educational, safe. and inviting environment. Respond to participants and customer questions, concerns, and concerns. Provide and maintain a safe, clean, and organized pool area. Respond to customer questions regarding Stone Sports Policies and Procedures. Maintain order and safety in the pool area and assist in enforcing Stone Sports policies. Qualifications Must be at least 16 years of age. Must have a current First Aid, CPR/AED certification Have a valid lifeguard certification. (Within 30 days of hire) Must know how to swim, be physically fit and able to pass a swimming endurance test. Able to pass a background check. Willing to learn about other departments at the store as you may also be asked to help in the retail store in between your swim lessons. While there is no required travel outside of Las Vegas, you must have reliable transportation to arrive to work on time. We are looking forward to reading your application.
