selling commercial construction projects (mid-to-large scale) A
strong industry network and understanding of the construction
process Independent, driven, and goal-oriented—but also a true team
player Clear communicator who operates with professionalism and

, not just collect a paycheck Your Day-to-Day Might Include
Managing your own sales pipeline from lead generation to close
Building relationships with developers, architects, property
managers, and general contractors Collaborating with estimators,
project managers, and leadership to align on scopes and pricing

Compensation: $120,000 variable basebonus structure
Responsibilities: Find new customers using a variety of channels,
including in-person meetings, phone calls, texts, and emails
Develop social media strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other
social networks Communicate with sales leadership to reach team
goals and improve operations Monitor competitors' products or
services and create selling strategies Go to in-person or online
trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events To respect and
serve as an ambassador for our Core Values and Core Purpose
Qualifications: Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion,
interpersonal, and negotiating skills You are an organized, detail
oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
